Booking places at the Summer School

A deposit of £50 must be made to reserve your child’s place at the Summer School. 

Deposits are non-refundable.

Early booking discount is given for all bookings made by 1st April 2024 and payments for the early booking discount must be paid in full by 8th June 2024 otherwise the early booking discount will be forfeited.

Behaviour

Passport To Leisure is designed to provide fun and sport in a safe environment. If a child's behaviour prevents this, it will not be tolerated.

Any undesirable behaviour such as uncooperative, disruptive, or bullying is unacceptable.

Children displaying such undesirable behaviour may be excluded from activities and the respective responsible adult will be contacted immediately.

No refund will be given for the day of exclusion or subsequent days.

First Aid/ medication 

Essential prescribed medication and EpiPens must be handed in to Kevin or Dee when your child arrives on site. It is the responsibility of the person collecting your child to collect this at the end of each day. It is the responsibility of older children to report to reception to collect their EpiPen before leaving the site.

We will use your details to contact you via email with future information about PTL. If you wish to opt out of our mailing list please inform us.

Photography

Please be aware that we occasionally take photographs of children at PTL for our website. If you do not wish your child to be photographed, please inform Kevin or Dee at the start of the camp.
