Important Information

• Commitment to protecting all children at all times throughout their attendance at the summer school
• All staff are DBS checked and have attended a safeguarding course
• Code of conduct for staff
• There is a first aider present on site
• A daily safety inspection of the site and all equipment

• Waterproof jacket
• Packed lunch
• Appropriate foot wear

• There is a qualified First Aider in attendance throughout the camp.
• All medications must be handed to the First Aider on arrival.
• All medications must be clearly labelled.

• On arrival at Barn Elms all children must sign the correct group registration sheet. Further registers will then be taken before starting each activity.
• All late arrivals must sign in at reception before joining their group.
• For children aged 10 and under attending PTL and Crafty Sport the responsible adult must sign the register on arrival and also upon collection.
• If any changes are made with regard to collecting your child, PTL must be contacted with details of new arrangements and a photo ID must be brought. Timely notice must be served.
• Reception must be informed on the day of any absence before 9:30.

• Whilst every effort is made to offer all of the listed activities during the week under certain circumstances activities are subject to change or cancellation e.g.outside activities may be restricted due to adverse weather conditions.
